From Humble Beginnings to Real Estate Visionary
Hassan Zain Shah Azeemi’s journey began on the streets of New York City, where he helped run his family’s halal cart after school. Inspired by his father’s entrepreneurial spirit, Hassan developed a deep work ethic and ambition early in life. At 22, he transitioned from the food business to real estate, starting with his family's property management operations and quickly evolving into a licensed agent.
By 2025, Hassan was selling over 100 homes annually across Long Island, building a reputation for honesty, hustle, and a sharp eye for value. His ability to transform distressed properties into hot commodities caught the attention of top industry figures, including New York’s highest-selling agent, Bryan Karp, who became his mentor.
Hassan soon shifted focus to investment, identifying undervalued properties and turning them into high-return opportunities. He began raising capital, flipping homes, and building a strong portfolio of residential and commercial assets. Mentored by commercial real estate titan Manny Khoshbin, Hassan expanded into large-scale investments, applying the same principles that fueled his residential success.
In 2025, Hassan launched his own private equity fund, helping everyday investors grow their wealth through strategic real estate deals. With a track record of never losing money on a deal, Hassan remains relentless in his pursuit of value and legacy-building.
What started with a food cart has evolved into a multi-million-dollar real estate enterprise. Hassan’s story is one of grit, growth, and vision—and he’s only just getting started.
